HTC Fight Back Against Apple

Buzz this
Apple abusing HTC's patents, says the charge from the Taiwanese mobile manufacturer. Now indicate the U.S. trade body, The International Trade Commission that it would open an investigation of whether the accusation has nothing on it. It writes Reuters.

HTC accused Apple in May to abusing five patents. They are related to both hardware and software, among other techniques to manage. HTC has demanded a ban on imports into the United States against Apple products.
The Taiwanese mobile developer's counterattack was expected after Apple in March accused HTC of infringing 20 patents.
Although Apple's complaint does not mention Google by name, the indictment against HTC viewed as a strategic move against Google, which is starting to worms his way into the mobile market. Android operating system, which among other things Google is behind, is used in phones from Samsung, Motorola, HTC and others.
The U.S. International Trade Commission has become an increasingly popular arena for cases of patent infringement. Commission deals with patent issues involving commerce. They can also take the more traditional means, namely an ordinary action in court. If HTC can report Apple to the Commission for patent violations, it is because Apple will have its electronics produced at factories in China and other countries with cheap production.
Patent Pleas is quite common in both the IT and telecom sector, where licensing is a normal part of business. Microsoft has also accused Android to scrounge on its patents. The accusation was HTC to enter into a license agreement with Microsoft for use of patents.
