In April came Microsoft with its new smartphone Kin are closely integrated with social networking . The new phone is a result of Microsoft's acquisition of Sidekick - producer Danger in 2008. But now, just two months after the launch , Microsoft has decided to drop Kin . The planned European launch this autumn has been canceled and the entire development team has moved over to Windows 7 Phone , which must ensure that the main ideas and technologies from Kin flows into future versions of the platform.

Microsoft launched in April two versions of the phone, Kin Kin One and Two, where the latter has a larger screen and larger keyboard.
The collectors include updates from Facebook , Myspace and Twitter. All important data from your phone are automatically saved in the cloud , whether there are messages, photos or contacts.
But unlike for example . iPhone or Android phones are not able to install his own programs. We must therefore settle for the programs are installed from the start, and here critics noticed the lack of an IM client and a calendar.
Japanese Sharp has been producing phones for Microsoft, but it appears that sales have been very limited. There are allegedly only sold between 1,000 and 10,000 copies. That compares with that Apple has sold 1.7 million copies of the iPhone 4 in three days. Telecommunications company Verizon has already responded by lowering the price of the two Kin models with 50 per cent.
At Microsoft has probably regretted the purchase of Danger . Last year, the company's most popular product , Sidekick , suffered a huge crash that left customers without access to their calendar , address book and other important data in more than a week.
